WEEK 1 - 31/07/10
Hi. After owning the best piece of kit for Non-Invasive cellulite reduction in the world I thought I might as well give it ago. Hitting 45 was an incentive too. I have no intention of growing old "gracefully". I feel in my 20's so why shouldn't I look it too. Its not an obsession with youth, a worry I have as a GP, or thinness. It's just I want to look as good as I can, no air brushing, just me!
This is me at the start. Have the tan lines - that is what cycling does for you.....

Total cm lost immediately - 8cm! Over thighs and bottom.
Does it hurt?
Well yes and no. It is an odd sensation but actually was only painful on the really toned areas of my thighs, the rest was no problem, actually could fall asleep.
Will keep you updated with progress and I promise, no air brushing or photoshop. Think of the velashape as your own air brushing machine!
